1. Data kept on your phone
The game saves the following in its private storage on your device, so you can continue where you left off:
- the name you type for your licence (optional, you can leave it empty);
- your rating, number of landings, the regions that have joined your control area, and whether you finished the training;
- sound, radio voice, and volume settings.
This data is not sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its storage in Android settings. In the game, Pengaturan › Ulang karier (Settings › Reset career) removes your rating, landings, and regions.
2. Ads in the game
The game is free and shows two kinds of ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC:
- a full-screen ad when you start a shift from the main screen;
- reward ads on the home screen, which play only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
To show, limit, and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device model and Android version, app activity related to ads (for example which ads were shown or tapped), and diagnostic data. Google may use this data to show personalized ads where the law allows it and you have not opted out.
Where the law requires your consent before personalized ads (for example in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), the game asks for it first using Google's consent form. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads. How Google handles this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
3. Radio voice
Pilot readbacks are spoken by the text-to-speech engine installed on your phone. The game passes it the radio line only: a fictional callsign and an aviation instruction, never your personal data. The engine's own provider handles that text under its own policy. You can turn the voice off in the game under Pengaturan › Suara radio pilot (Settings › Pilot radio voice).
4. App permissions
For ads, the game uses internet access, network state, and the advertising ID permission. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage access.
5. This website
atcsimulator.arizu.id uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and records the pages you view, the site you came from, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The site also stores a small cookie named lang to remember the language you chose, and our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time, and page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
7. Your rights and choices
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), and the GDPR where it applies, you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data about you, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Game data on your phone is fully under your control (see section 1). For ad and analytics data held by Google, use your Google account and Android ad settings, or contact us and we will help.
8. Children
ATC Simulator is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the game and data about them was collected, contact us and we will help remove it.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how the game uses your data, we also mention it in the game's update notes.
